Suresh Kumar is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for BNY Mellon, where he is leading the Client Technology Solutions organization to become the industry leader in delivering innovative technology solutions that enable our clients and employees to succeed. Mr. Kumar serves on BNY Mellon’s Executive Committee, the organization’s most senior governing body, as well as the company’s Operating Committee. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of iNautix Technologies, a BNY Mellon Company that provides offshore development services. In his current role, Suresh is leading the digital transformation of BNY Mellon to ensure the company’s ongoing industry leadership and success. This includes driving culture change across the company to adopt best practices from Silicon Valley and rapidly rising digital native companies. In 2012, he led the start of development on the company’s acclaimed NEXEN digital ecosystem with the potential to revolutionize financial services. Before assuming his current role, Suresh was Chief Information Officer for BNY Mellon’s Financial Markets & Treasury Services (FM&TS) group and Pershing LLC. Prior to his appointment as CIO for Pershing, he served in that role with CSFBdirect and DLJdirect. As part of the team at DLJdirect, Suresh was instrumental in the company’s success in establishing a global presence in Japan, Hong Kong, United Kingdom and Dubai, and pioneering the delivery of online brokerage services via the Prodigy Network, America Online and ultimately the World Wide Web. Suresh is a member of the board of Symphony Communication Services LLC, a secure communication and workflow technology company. He is also a member of the Pace University Advisory Board, and has previously served as a member of the HP FSI Advisory Board and the of the Technology Advisory Committee of the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and Technology Management Committee of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA). Suresh is also former Chairman of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Technology Advisory Committee. Suresh earned a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology at Madras, a Master of Business Administration degree from the Indian Institute of Management at Ahmedabad and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology.

Dr. Yoav Intrator is the CTO of Bank Hapoalim. His main responsibilities include driving bank Hapoalim long term innovation strategy and plans. By leveraging Poalim's Innovation Laboratory, partnering and Fin-Tech solutions his organization focuses on identification and development of new disruptive solutions. Dr. Intrator has presented the Blockchain topic in multiple forms and participanted in many panels and events such as the "International Banking & the Future of Money" and "JOURNEY2016". Prior to his role at the bank, he was a general manager at Microsoft leading the development and growth of a new global practice titled: Enterprise Strategy and Architecture. His team developed and rolled out new IP that supported 500 enterprise architects worldwide. Additionally, Dr. Intrator filled roles such as CTO, Chief Enterprise Architect, product management and leader at companies like: Deutsche Bank on Wall Street, AT&T Business, XL Capital and Cap Gemini Consulting.
